There is one on-call and four full time doctors with 16 dedicated and caring people serving as staff members. Helping Hands Veterinary Clinic provides individualized attention during anesthesia recovery at no extra charge.

No appointments are required for examinations or consultations. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm. Evening hours are available by appointment Monday through Thursday 5:30 to 7 pm. Surgical cases, including dental procedures, must be scheduled in advance. For animals over 7 years of age, they require a doctor consultation before scheduling any procedure involving general anesthesia. Teeth trimming for small mammals can be done during normal walk-in hours.
