4th Tuesday of the Month

Tuesday, March 27 - Joy's guest will be Carolyn B. Matlack, author of the book, "We’ve Got Feelings Too: Presenting The Sentient (feeling) Property Solution". Carolyn is an animal lover as well as a lawyer. Her book speaks not to lawyers in ‘legalese,’ but to you—the animal lovers who hire them. Do you think animals have feelings? Of course they do. Animals are part of our family. Yet our legal system places them in the same category as an inanimate object - like a couch or a chair. Now there is a practical way to legally treat animals with more compassion and respect. For more information, please check out the website, www.WeveGotFeelingsToo.com. Carolyn is also the publisher & managing editor of the The Animal Legal Report. Please visit this website for more information, www.AnimalLegalReports.com.

Teleconference Call

Would you like to learn more about the revolutionary animal product, BioPreparation? Tune in to this Teleconference Call - March 21, 2007, Wednesday at 8:30–9:30 PM Eastern Time

This free teleconference call will be focused on the revolutionary animal product, BioPreparation, featuring guest Russell Louie of Optimum Choices, LLC, one of the wonderful sponsors of the radio show. Russell is the premier distributor of BioPreparation in the world and has the most experience using BioSuperfood/BioPreparation on dogs and cats in the country. His topic this evening will be “STOP Supplementing Symptoms.”

Did you know?

Glucosamine supplements may impair insulin secretion. Patients with diabetes should be cautious since glucosamine may affect insulin sensitivity or glucose tolerance. Glucosamine supplements pass through your digestive tract and into your bloodstream where yeast live, then they feed on the glucosamine. Thus, glucosamine increases yeast overgrowth and a flare-up of Candida symptoms. Did you know that taking digestive enzymes supplements is not entirely holistic and long-term use will create a “lazy” pancreas?

Russell will explain the disadvantages of taking supplements and the advantages of using whole food products instead. He will explain how BioPreparation has holistically helped animals with mast cell tumors, auto-immune disease, arthritis, chronic renal failure (CRF) or chronic kidney disease in cats, hypo- and hyper-thyroid conditions, diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and much more. Even if your animal is still young and free of any symptoms, if you want to extend the life of your pet and avoid the expense of common degenerative diseases, you need to attend.

NOTE: In this session, there will be time for questions and answers. You may send questions ahead via e-mail to Russell@OptimumChoices.com.

Two Guests

Tuesday, March 13 - Joy will be having 2 guests.

From 5:15 to 5:30 Joy's first guest is Diana Clark, the author of the book, “Clearwater Girl,” a children’s story. It is the tale of a young Native American girl who has a blond streak in her hair. At the start of the story, the girl dislikes the streak because it makes her different from her friends, but with the help of her family she eventually comes to accept her unique look.

“In the end she finds out that it’s OK to be who she is and that she doesn’t have to change to fit in,” Diana said. She hopes that “Clearwater Girl” will be the first in a series of stories about kids from around the world, all dealing with common childhood challenges. Diana wants kids to know that children all over, no matter what their culture, all have similar problems. Her book can be purchased through Amazon.com.

From 5:30 to 5:45, her second guest is Jacque Haggard from Natural Pet Pantry, one of our wonderful sponsors. The Natural Pet Pantry is your "ONE STOP SHOP" for all the nutritional needs of your pet. Their goal is to offer your pet the most unique homemade, "healthy," great tasting food and treats available on the market. Handmade, natural organic Cat & Dog Food. Cooked or Raw.
