Welcome Eagle Pack Pet Foods

On Fourth of July, the radio show, Talk With Your Animals will be a rebroadcast of different phone calls from the last 6 months with the sponsors' ad spots. It is a fun show to listen to! Who knows you might hear your call on the air again!

Also, people are lighting off fireworks this week. The noise is very disconcerting for our animal kids. It causes major distress and terror to many animals. Some run away and are lost in panic, jump through windows or need to be tranquilized to get through the night. Please help your animal kids make it through this week with as little stress as possible. Here are some suggestions. Talk to them about what is happening and how long they will last. Stay home with them instead of going out to see the fireworks. Give them flower essences called Thunderstorm or Anxiety & Fear from Pet Essences. Check out the website, www.petessences.com for a store in your area. And above all else, have a Safe and Happy 4th of July!!

Please welcome Eagle Pack Pet Foods as a new sponsor of Talk With Your Animals. Eagle Pack provides a wide variety of holistic kibble and canned foods for your dog, cat, and even your ferret. They produce their own food in their own plant and test all the ingredients that go into their food as well as each batch of food before it leaves their plant to ensure the highest quality. As a family owned business since 1970, Eagle Pack adheres to their values by doing no testing on lab or caged animals, using antibiotic free meats with no added hormones and using human grade ingredients. They include things like carrots and peas, apples, blueberries and cranberries, whole grains including brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal and spelt, whole eggs, alfalfa, tomato pomace, kelp, yucca, prebiotics, probiotics and digestive enzymes, their own enhanced vitamin-mineral system.

Their Holistic Select Holistic-Natural Dog and Cat Foods are, as they say – holistic. There are several types of kibble such as Chicken formula, Duck formula, and the very interesting Anchovy, Sardine and Salmon formula as well as Lamb formula, one for large and giant breed puppies and adults, and a senior care formula. The canned formulas are as varied – duck and chicken; tuna, salmon and shrimp; puppy chicken; beef; chicken; lamb; liver and chicken.

Eagle Pack also makes Holistic transition to aid in converting your companions to their foods and Holistic Solution for loose stool, stomach upset or diarrhea. Then if you would like treats, there is Holistix Biscuits for Dogs with Glucosamine in chicken and menhaden (a type of fish) and just menhaden biscuits.
